About the Recipe
Scrambled eggs are super simple, you can make it even easier by cracking the eggs straight into the pan and stir-scrambling them. Always pull the eggs before they're completely cooked, the carry-over heat will finish the job.
Ingredients
2 Eggs
Butter
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Preparation
Fluffy Scrambled Eggs:
Beat 2 eggs until homogenous
Season eggs with salt, pepper, nutmeg
Pour onto buttered pan on medium-high to high heat, begin to stir immediately
Continue to stir eggs until just set
Creamy Scrambled Eggs:
Beat 2 eggs until homogenous
Season eggs with salt, pepper, nutmeg
Add 2 tbsp cold, cubed butter
Place mixture in cold saucepan
Heat on medium low, stirring constantly until eggs resemble custard
